I am thinking about upgrading to a Reality XP GPS unit however I am uncertain as to which one (GNS 430 or GNS 530?). What is the difference between the two? Does it depend on aircraft type? I currently fly the Carenado C208B Grand Caravan and the F33 Bonanza and also thinking about getting into the C90B King Air in the future. Will either of these units fit into all these a/c? Any advice would be much appreciated!

It does depend on how much space there is in the panel.

 

For the F33 Bonanza, the 430 is the unit that fits.

 

Same for the C90.
