Hi all,The aeroworx on-lin help is unavailable and I do not get any response from a message posted in their forum. I know I am not the only one having this problem and I wonder if someone could help me with a solution. Here is what happens:Everytimes I load FS2K4 and want to use the King Air, I need to re-register. Are you referring to the EFIS registration? If so, that number is in your order confirmation e-mail. It's a loooonnng number, and you should copy it before entering the sim. Paste it into the appropriate window when registering.Hope this helps,Greg

I had the same problem and finally un-installed and re-installed.I never received an E-mail with the registration key, so I went on their web site and entered "My purchases" and copied the key from there. That time it worked.hope this helpsArnold
