I cant start FSX up with FPS Limiter 0.2 so I found an alternative:

 

When madeed the batch file I start up the FPS Limiter.

 

Then I start FSX and they will run simultaneous without problems (?)

 

Try that and enjoy

I personally find that any external limiter actually worsens my performance rather than improves it, so I don't bother with them!
