i'm looking to add a military transport simulation to my FSX, but what is the best (most Realistic) option available (i.E systems and cockpit functionality)

The Capt Sim C130 is full featured but quirky on some systems, e.g. lots of folks have engine startup problems. She's an older model, 2008 i think. Lumbers as you'd expect a transport would, with noticeable flight dynamics according to payload. Lots of livery options.

 

The Virtavia C17 is a distant second - flies OK, but just the basic instruments and some fuel modeling.

 

The C27 Spartan was a mistake. Pretty bird but poor instrumentation and she just doesn't look right from the cockpit, cant' fly her straight.

 

All of them seem almost too easy to land. I have a harder time setting the RealAir Duke down gently than these giants..
