737NG centre of gravity envelope limits

Featured Replies

Dear All,

Is there someone in this forum who knows where I could find envelope data for 737NG. I mean:

forward flight limits, aft flight limits and ground handling limits (values explaned + envelope drawing).

for example - learjet 60

forward flight limit - FS 363.08 (-2.5% MAC) for all weights up to and including 16500 pounds (7484 kg) and tapers to FS 378.10 (16.25 % MAC) at 22750 pounds (10319 kg).

Should look something like that

Is this not present in Limitations section of FCOM?

Dear Peter,

If You mean FCOM v1 Chapter L - Limitations, then the answer is no. In real life, it should be under Weight and Balance, but here are only Typical weights for each series, Max Taxi, Max TO, Max LDG, Max Zero WTs. Maybe someone has some kind a real manual that has (MAX/MIN ARMs or CG% MAC) the envelope data.

It would also be good to have (for each NG model):

ARMs for each loadable station (eg front cargo, aft cargo) to calculate MOMENTs.

ARMs or MOMENTs for a specific amount of fuel in wing and fuselage tanks.

BEM / DOM, MOMENTS and ARMs, that PMDG used for BEM /DOM.

The idea is to generate a realistic loadsheet and envelope via webpage.

OK then, that was just a "shout into emptiness" as we say around here.

To get all that info, I guess you would have to get Weight and Balance manual. But I hardly guess those are readily available.

Also I just realized that envelope diagram is often a part of trimsheet, which is quite a bit easier to get (like here (BFU report) for 800, page 44)
