I have been landing this thing in places that are absolutely impossible to land in -- like into gaps in a autogen pine forest!! It is hard to believe that the real life a/c could do this -- but it is described as the ultimate in STOL.Barry
June 22, 200421 yr To anybody who is loving the AN-2, while we are all patiently waiting for Xomer to upload his manual :-jumpy , I used the DXTBmp tool to reduce the textures in the texture file from 4 megs to only 1 meg each. I can't see any difference in quality on the screen but for my system with Geforce 4 TI4200 128 meg vid card, it has reduced the loading time especially of the VC textures.Barry
