August 28, 201213 yr I'm hoping someone can help me with the little nuisance. I was flying a mission in FSX and saved the mission as I had not complete it. Now, whenever I go into free flight and just create a flight, FSX seems to always consider it a mission and since I didn't land at a particular airport it is considered a 'mission failure'. This happens even when I load a previously saved 'free flight'. Does anyone know why this happens? tks!
August 28, 201213 yr Did you check, if the "ignore crashes" (or whatever it's alled in the English version) is not active? Florian
August 29, 201213 yr Your mission saves are stored under My Documents > Flight Simulator X Files. What happens if you remove all your mission saves from that folder. Do you still get the error when starting Free Flight? I believe you can move all files in that folder except the "Logbook.BIN"
August 29, 201213 yr Author I don't get error messages. When I load a free flight, at the end of the free flight I get a 'mission' message that I failed the mission because I didn't land at a particular airport.

From reading that, I'm not 100% sure, when it happens: 1) Only when loading a previously saved flight, or 2) everytime you start a free flight from the FSX main menu? Florian
August 29, 201213 yr Author It happens with every flight, free flight and with a loaded saved flight.

Understood, but if you delete / move all the save files from the location I mentioned do you still get the message at the end of a free flight?
August 29, 201213 yr Author Ok, I moved everything out of that folder and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you!
August 29, 201213 yr Author After I moved everything out and restarted FSX, it loaded a default flight with the ultralight. I closed FSX and moved all the files back in, and now it seems to be back to normal, thanks again.
