Is anyone planning on releasing an EBLG payware scenery sometime?

I really know nothing about Liege but just did a google search. From what I could see there is nowone I could find making a payware Liege. I didn't really do a good search though so I may well be wrong or there may be something out already.

 

I found a few things which you probably know already:

 

Air Tim simulations were working on a version which looked very good but doesn't seem to have come out yet.

The second one looks more detailed but is a pretty massive download size! I don't think either mentioned modelling the passenger terminal though but I'm not sure.
