September 8, 201213 yr I lodged a support ticket about 12 hours ago at http://support.precisionmanuals.com but no response as yet. The content of support ticket is as follows:- "I've previously installed the NGX a couple of times on my old computer. Now I have new computer and it wont let me activate. Says "Max Extra Activations Exceeded" or something like that. I uninstalled the NGX from my old computer and yet I still cant activate on my new computer! Can you please reset my activations?" Can anyone shed some light on how/when I can activate? Seems no one actually mans the support site of a weekend. Matthew S

September 9, 201213 yr Author Contacted by support, re-activated now! Thanks PMDG. How amazing the NGX is, I'd been flying the 747-400X and MD-11X whilst waiting for reactivation but nothing compares to the NGX. Looking forward to the 777 and 747 v2. Matthew S
