I just randomly found a video on youtube which I wanted to share with you.

 

You can hear a discussion with the F/O about FSX on that video and see some parts of the preflight procedures.

It totally shows how detailed the PMDG 737 NGX is. I love my NGX

Reminds me the time I spoke with AT controller and naturally topic about flight sims came up. Unfortunately he knew nothing about PMDG. When I said I play FS 10 his reply was "flight simulator 2010" and I said "no it came out in 2005 it's just the version number". Afterwards we just discussed approaches .

It's the first time I've seen this vid, too.

 

I really enjoyed it and for once the camera work was not too bad. It's so refreshing to see a Captain and FO being receptive to a young up'n'coming pilot and letting them share the knowledge of this wonderful thing we call aviation.

 

It is such a pity that we live in a world full of despots that have taken a lot of this type of information sharing away from us.
