Happened here also! Flight from EDDH to EDDF on IVAO today. FMC said "DESCENT PATH DELETED" thereafter it froze... On another flight it also showed me that message but my FSX did not crash.

Hi guys! Today I experienced the same problem on two flights: Short before T/D my FMC shows the Message "DESCEND PATH DELETED" and all VNAV information on the LEGS page is blanked out. :( It did not happen the days before - only today. Am I doing something wrong? The only thing I changed today was the "FSX COMMS DISABLED" which I set to NEVER (IVAO compability). I could not test flying with the standard option since I didn't have the time yet. (I did also fly with a different livery today but I think it's not caused by that) Thanks in advance for your help! Hi again guys! I noticed that Roman's and Chris' livery seems to be way more accurate (keep in mind it was my first one) than mine which is why i will stop fixing mine. I can only recommend their livery! (Let's be honest: mine didn't even have transparent windows!) I will also stop hosting the file on dropbox since I don't think there is a need of that! Usually I would not mind spending time in learning new stuff like creating liveries but since my electrodynamics exam at university is getting closer, I am glad that there is an accurate alternative which even includes a config file! Hey guys! Thank you for your feedback. I did not really have much time to test the livery. There might be some bugs due to that. Unfortunately I don't have much time today either but I'll try to test and improve it tomorrow.

Yes it seems to be due to dx10. I am also using dx10 and have the same issue! You can replace the ugly blue fsx texture with a dark one. This package contains such a texture: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=shader+dx10&CatID=root&Go=Search (don't use any installer but navigate to /Bonus!/Dark Background Texture/ and follow the instructions in the readme file!) It will at least look better then!

I am using the 777-200LR and start with cold and dark panel state. Edit: I just had a look. The freq is 113.70 not 117.30!

Thanks for your answer Olympic260! It basically happened to me at every Airpot (e.g. LFPG 09L, LOWW 34, EDDF 18). I either used STARS or a vector approach. The NAV/RAD page always shows 117.30/000 for ILS. (I think it was 117.30 but it's always the same frequency and course 000) Edit: I also checked that the NAV Panels shows DATA.

Hi! First of all I have to say the 777 is awesome! I spent all night learning the beast Unfortunately i did always have one problem: I chose an ILS approach on the APP Page of my FMC but when I got closer to my destination I got this FMC Message: rw/ils freq error Self explanatory that the ILS doesn't work then! What am I doing wrong? (Thanks for your help in advance! )

Hey Captains! I just randomly found a video on youtube which I wanted to share with you. You can hear a discussion with the F/O about FSX on that video and see some parts of the preflight procedures. It totally shows how detailed the PMDG 737 NGX is. I love my NGX I hope you enjoy!

Hey! I found a switch on my NGX which I have no idea what it is for! Its in the back of the Overhead panel and says "Cockpit Video Sys". What would this thing do in the real 737? (I know this is not a support question but I didn't know an other place to ask!) Thanks, counter!

Hi there! I was flying today from LOWW to EDDS with my PMDG 738 NGX when suddenly at FL320 my TCAS warned me of 3 objects. I found them visually and was very irritated. The 3 objects where parachutes with payload. (Look at attached images) Has anyone ever seen such things in fsx? What is it and where does it come from? Can it be an AddOn? Greetings, counter! Edit: These things are following me! :S Edit 2: I just found out that this problem is related to CumulusX. If you experience this just uninstall CumulusX and the parachutes are gone!
