September 12, 201213 yr I use Ezdok, Accufeel and TrackIR 5. Flying both my Carenado C172 and Antz Eaglet I notice that in all internal camera views their is a nice reproduction of the "normal" bouncing and waving you would expect in a GA ( based on weather conditions). However, in the pilot's ( LH view, VC) seat everything is as steady as a rock. Obviously, the pilots seat is where I want to gain the best weather experience. Does anybody have any suggestions why this is the case? Anthony O'Brien
September 12, 201213 yr You can always export the settings from a camera where you have and like the shaking and then import that setting back to the camera where you want it to be. Here are some detailed videos on the setup. http://www.simforums...topic38637.html The effects video is that one. Note. In the video, he shows how to export each and every single effect definition. You can also just click one camera setup and export it in full. Later, you chose 'import effects from camera' and pick that file you've exported. By this, you just 'grab' the effects stuff and apply it to the current camera you are in. So the camera angle and view won't change, but you get the shaking and head turning stuff from the other preset. This may look somehow complicated at first, but that's normal with EZCA. ^_^

September 13, 201213 yr Anthony, I took two screenshots from the easier process. Maybe it helps better than my text. You mainly pick a plane with nice effects, I took the default C172. Then you export her camera for the pilot's view. Looks like this. This should lead to a single file, you can save it anywhere you want to. Then switch to the plane of your choice and import only the effects from that saved camera. Looks like this. This will enable the effects from the C172 on the Ant's plane. For tweaking the strength, if needed, refer to the above video.
September 13, 201213 yr Author Well I followed the video closely and learned quite a bit so thanks for that, I discovered that the random effect was actually switched off in VC view so this was easily fixed. Then I started messing around with the gain in the air profile. I can confirm that this is one neat piece of software. I can't believe I have had it so long and didn't go to the trouble of digging around a little with the settings. The only downside is that I am now positively airsick having done a few circuits in rough weather with the gain wound up to 5.00. Having flown in a number of different GA planes in the real world I think the random reproduction is excellent. I actually found myself struggling with the controls as if I was responding to the jerks and jolts.....so cool. Do you adjust the gain to match your weather settings on the day or have you settled for a "overall global setting" ? Many Thanks for tips. Anthony O'Brien
