Orbx FTX Central switch to australia mode NA areas still in library?

Featured Replies

I've been working on a rebuild and may have run into an issue...

When i have FTX Central set to North America.. i noticed in the scenery library that it appears all Australia related ftx items are still there.. when i set it to Australia.. i noticed that the North america region is still in the library listing (PNW etc).. The library count is the same on both as well.. I also dont see a generic orbx library entry.. i ran the latest library installer, but it only appears under FTX_AU\ library located here

Shouldn't toggling one or the other disable the other portions, or did i just never notice this before?

Thanks in advance

I have recognised the same, but didn't even think about it a lot. I think the most important thing the FTX Central switch does is to dis-/enable specific ground and tree (?) textures, as they look different to me. (Noticed that when I started up a flight at Mataveri SCIP with Australia enabled, and it looked different to me, since usually I have either NA or none enabled).

Actually, it would be interesting to know, if the AU airports are still there when NA is enabled and vice versa. Maybe I'll give that a try.
