September 23, 201213 yr I really love how You can see the shadow ot the aircraft when they descend through the clouds ! Yeh, that is amazing to see and more than one time!!
September 23, 201213 yr Holy Mungus! I wish REX wx engine can generate those clouds! Try OpusFSX. I have it and it gives you what the NOA METAR says. Nothing else. METAR is Gospel to them. No morphing or any kind of weather that does no exist. I have had some nice OVC here in sweden on approach. Wind also almost exact on the number. What NOA METAR says goes directly in to FSX, no tampering with it whatsoever. I am very happy with it. They load a huge area with METARS in each update. Check it out here: http://www.opussoftware.co.uk/opusfsi.htm Also read everything so you know what they do and check their forum. Completely different approach to FSX weather then the others. Use it with REX textures like I do, they are just great. Got tired of AS2012 not giving me what was out there in real life. Very far off many times. /Per W Sweden Per W Sweden Programmer since 30+ years (now retired) and a avid flightsimmer since SubLogic on Vic64. Now I enjoy XP 12.1.3r2 and Scenery fixing.
