September 22, 201213 yr While reading a NTSB Accident Report on a American Airlines MD-83 at Bradley CT in November 1995 I came across a footnote that indicated AAL’s company policy was to set the crew members altimeter to ONH and the standby altimeter to QFE below 10000 feet. I wonder how AAL sets the altimeter in the Integrated Backup Flight Display for the 738? Does anyone know? Thank you Michael Cubine Michael Cubine
