Hello and welcome to AVSIM,

Are you trying to download this from the library?

MY TRAFFIC 2013 - that's payware.

You can buy it from a variety of FS vendors including the AVSIM store - http://forum.avsim.net/store/

My Traffic 2013 is listed as a product with them here:

http://forum.avsim.n...y-aerosoft-783/

I'm sorry but we can't provide more assistance than that as we are not involved with the AVSIM Store operation in any capacity

Visit your 'CLIENT AREA' on the forums regarding any AVSIM Store issues. You can access that from your dropdown profile menu in the top right corner of the forums (next to the 'Sign Out' option).

It is a much faster and more effective way of providing support than through e-mail and that's why they no longer use e-mail at all - The AVSIM Store staff do not monitor any of the other AVSIM e-mails or the forum, nor is there a way for me to forward things to them. Please use the ticketing system only.

Its matter of logging-on to the AVSIM Forums and going here: https://forum.avsim....&module=support

and then clicking on the 'New Request' button, filling that in and and clicking 'Submit Request'. Its all in your 'Client Area'.

I think what he's saying is the message box isn't appearing on the Client Area's support area which I've heard of before. This happens in Internet Explorer sometimes if there are conflicting settings blocking the message box. Do you have another browser you can try to use instead? I've only had this happen to someone twice out of all the customers but it works when they download another browser since I'm unaware which settings those are in IE acting up.

Sincerely,

Chase
