What's wrong with the MS Media Player?

I clicked the link--nothing seems to be wrong. It's just a low res video likely made that way to save bandwidth. It seems to start in sephia tones in order to give a sense of the history behind the c-130, then transitions to color about mid-way through. But the low res is going to make the color seem pretty basic.-John

Well, thats not what I am looking at, the screen is in a very low res, you barely can recognize something and the colors are psychedelic. The opening screen starts with a filled green rectangle. The whole thing looks like you are watching an infrared camera in false color mode.Hugo

Try cycling your desktop from 32-bit to 16-bit, or vise-versa... See if that works...-John

Hugo - Did you download it or are you streaming it? If you're looking at a video stream, how fast is your internet connection? It could be that the connection is just too slow even for a low-rate video. If you haven't downloaded it, try that and see if it's better.Doug

Hi,Thank you all for your response. I am streaming, have a broadband cable connection and I am using the latest ATI beta drivers downloaded from guru3D (maybe it is the latter where it all goes wrong, but this driver gives me the best picture so far for FS9 (The earlier drivers have given some "page switching" view of the propellor disk (like it was build up from an upper and lower part), now they are just perfect)Thank you all.Hugo
