Sweet, looks good though.. I have yet to pick up the A2A P51-D but I did plan on it..

The Accusim Pony is a very nice plane but it is not nearly as fast as the 51H. Fly it wrong and it will bite you. I was racing into KYKM and deployed flaps at too high a speed and broke the flaps mechanism on the left hand side.WIth the asymmetric configuration I could not maintain control and augured in. Harder to fly but a very satisfying ride.

True but it will be a good race plane as its not subjected to the limits of the high performance airplanes.. :)

You deserve it bro, with all the hard work you put in around here! Jeff's right, it's not really a race bird when ol' Snooks is faster and easier to handle.

 

Get it though, it represents some mighty fine craftsmanship.
