Believe or not, if you also are using REX FS2004 Overdrive, your GPU´s could easily become bottleneck when flying through heavily clouded areas. Secondly, if you want to get rid of shimmering fences and trees, Nvidia would be a better choice.

Your CPU is probably the best yet for both FS9 and FSX, but I would advice you to swap those two ATI cards with an Nvidia GTX 660 Ti or better.
