October 14, 201213 yr Hi All Been trying to set up todays LH flight KLAX-EDDF and one of the waypoints was 5130N 7000W but whatever I do cant get this recognised in FSBuild! Would appreciate your input as to what I am doing wrong. Bound to be a simple formatting error but can't for the life of me work it out. Thanks John John Hewson

Take out the space between the lattitude and longitude. KJFK MERIT3 MERIT HFD PUT TUSKY N47A COLOR RONPO 4700N05000W 4900N04000W 5100N03000W 5300N02000W MALOT GISTI SLANY UL9 STU UP2 OKESI Y3 BEDEK OCK2F EGLL also works. I took this off of flightaware.com and put in the departure, destination ICAOs and took out the spaces again between longitude and lattitude. EDDF N50.1E45.7 N50.0E8.8 NONKO ADENU NOSPA NTM RALAM DIK05 DIK IDOSA TOLVU RAPOR RENSA GIMER PODUK BSN CI09R LFPG works but only one decimal place allowed. This format was also pulled: EDDF TAU2Q TAU POBIX UZ112 MATUG UL607 EVRIN ICS IKR 5217N 5325N 5234N 5142N 5050N YQX J581 YGR J581 ENE GDM BDL.FLOSI1 KEWR in a single entry lattitude and longitude translated to: 5217N translates to N52.0 W17.0 I think that is because you have +\- degrees centered on the equator but longitude can be defined as based on 360 from 0 longitude. You'll have to hit the manual on that one. none have a space between lattitude and longitude. Pick your poison .
October 15, 201213 yr Author Thanks Ron. The flightaware plans is SEBBY7 DAG J146 LAS J100 NORRA J9 BERYL J9 MLF MTU CKW KD75U KP84A KP12K 5000N 8000W 5130N 7000W 5100N 6000W DOTTY NATU MALOT NATU GISTI SLANY UL9 KONAN UL607 SPI UT180 PESOV T180 RASVO T180 UNOKO UNOKO1 Once I realised 5130N 7000W was actually translated into 5130N0700W in FSBuild format the thing worked and I now have a flight ready for tonight. Goint to be a day late but I don't give up! For many years I have been using the 50/20 format for the standard waypoints but that format cant work for oddities and one off fixes. Thanks again John John Hewson
