At the moment I am looking for Asus P8Z77-V LX board.

Question - what those letters behind Z77part means? Is this one ok (i7 3770K setup) or i should look for differently indexed board?

Those letters typically mean that the board has less features...

 

For example:

 

The LX is the lower board of the models and has the fewest features. Honestly, if you want to do some overclocking, I'd reccomend the higher model. The P8Z77-V.
