October 21, 201213 yr I need to open a ticket but unfortunately I forgot my UserName.After going to their website I saw an option " Forgot Log In " . After entering my e-mail I was supposed to receive an e-mail with my lost User Name. That e-mail never came and now I wonder how I can get in touch with PMDG after I just ordered an extension for my 737 download. My emails I send to therm with this request were never answered. Can anyone help ? There is also an option "Contact us" which does not work.Very poor I must say. Thanks H.Werni Herbert Werni
October 21, 201213 yr I would say make a new account, but I don't recall exactly if your personal information from the purchase must be added. "Contact Us" methods generally mean an email. email is by far the worst method to track problems/issues, as messages can get buried under new messages. If they weren't an international business, then maybe, but once you go worldwide, there's no way you're going to provide personal service over the phone or by email. It's not really feasible. Glad you got your issue sorted, but try and put yourself in someone else's shoes before criticizing them for what they do. Kyle Rodgers
