October 29, 201213 yr By sitting infront of the computer, Looking for all of the possible tweaks out there, and only entering the most effective ones. (Use this Formula to come up with your CFG Entries), TextureMaxLoad -MULTIPLED BY - TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT – DIVIDED BY – FRAME LOCK = X 1.)Reformatting my external drive with Active Kill Disk (LOL Doesn't kill the disk Just a really good Format to completely Erase the drive). 2.) Re installing FS9 with Administrative Rights (followed by a defrag) Be sure to install it in a ROOT Directory wich ever drive yout planning to use. (C:/FS9 D:/FS9 E:/FS9) 3.) Adding all my sceneries,Aircrafts, Liveries, Texture Environments 4.) Adding all my utilities (FSNAV.FSRECORDER,FSPASSENGERS,AIR HAULER,ACTIVE CAM) 5. Followed by another defrag My SIM IS finally super smooth and stutter free, Mind you i have all the Aereosoft Airports,Fly Tampa Airports, you name it on a Duo E7500 Core 2 duo CPU and im am verry happy with the results. VERY IMPORTANT USE THE ALPHA-CHANNEL UTILITY THAT KIWI FLYER MENTION IN ONE OF HIS PREVIOUS THREADS AFTER INSTALLING ALL OF YOUR AIRCRAFT AND SCENERY BEFORE PLAYING. ALWAYS BE SURE TO RUN THIS UTILITY EVERY-TIME U ADD A NEW SCENERY OR AIRCRAFT.
October 30, 201213 yr Author Hi GarciaMk4, Well thank you very much for the update info, and as I said, it's probably the best way to start going forward, is to re install from fresh, my only concern, is some textures and AI files, that are too big and from various compilation, that I will have to copy over that are in the scenery and textures main folder. Anyway, It seems my only option at that point, as I will have to start somewhere. Wish me luck. Thanks Hani
