October 25, 201213 yr This is what I got; I used the configuration tool from Reality XP Oviously something is wrong (photo taken only of initiation screens), as the left should be for XP whereas they are both the carenado defaults' screens, even though the little XP icon is there in the upper right In other A/C like the C90, there is no XP gauge at all after running the configurator BTW when I ran the configurator, it says it cannot load Window[00] PS I am very new (today's newby) to Reality XP gauges
October 25, 201213 yr I always get the no window error also. Ignore that. The issue you are having is because you have not went into the B200 folder, and also ran the exe for rxpgps. Run that in the b200 folder in sim objects and you will be good to go. The RXP tool you used is if you want to do a 2d popup. At least that is how I do it in my default aircraft. William Sequeira
October 25, 201213 yr Author I uninstalled the rpx unit, then reinstalled, but that was not what was required I returned the panel.cfg to its original version (saved it) and ran the included exe in the B200 folder and NOW it works. AND thats a really old cycle 2007 for the database. Is there a free update>? Does ?NOT? work in P3D?
October 25, 201213 yr AND thats a really old cycle 2007 for the database. Is there a free update>? There is a way to get the data to June 2011. See: http://www.simforums.com/forums/nav-database-update-via-new-garmin-trainers_topic39731.html Works great. Does ?NOT? work in P3D? Nope. Scott
October 26, 201213 yr Author No for P3D OK so Im back in FSX, if I like the Garmin, which I already seem to do, I will use it in FSX when I want to fly more realistic IFR And if I dont get around to using it enough, I can get a refund before 30 days. Followed instructions for updating through the real Garmin trainer for the 750; Now my cycle says 1106 effective 02-JUN-2011
