Well everyone thank you for trying to help me fix my problem but as ive been searching and looking and breaking my head all i found was this

Hmmm in that link it states they fixed it, seems to be a problem related to fs9.

 

If you have opened the correct ports, loaded the new list of server and prior to that, installed the programs as per the sticky on vatsim, then i suggest you put a post on Vatsim Fsinn support asking for direct assistance.
