As much as i love FS2004 and try hard to have as much fun as i can with it i totally choked, Hope i dont get thrown out for this. :unsure: This is how it went

T. Aircraft i dint get your call sighn but receiving you 5/5 :dirol:

 

 

A. Roger That and i paused hahahahah LOL :mellow:

 

Then i took a deep breath and continued

 

A. Philadelphia Tower This is Cessna N286 Delta Lema Requesting clearence VFR TO KPNE North East PhiladelphiA Airport as filed <_<

 

T. Aircraft the only Aircraft on radar is gate G is that you

 

I paused again,THEN I continued

 

A.Yes thats me

 

T. Garcia5161 You are cleared to request for taxi would you like to request flight following sir

 

(by this time i realized i was using the wrong callsign lol)

 

I dint get all of it so i paused then i replied yes please lol

He gave an altitude of 3,300 and a squakcode ect ect i froze and disconnected i hope they dont kick me out for that

What was this, VATSIM? I did one even worse back in my FS2002 days, ironically also at Philadelphia. I don't remember the exact exchange, but something like this.

 

Tower: "Air Kevin 124 heavy, (reads off some clearance for something). Don't read that back."

Me: "(Reads back clearance), Air Kevin 124 heavy."

Tower: "Air Kevin 124 heavy, I said DON'T read that back."

Me: "Oops."

Thats when the (VATSIM?) Sim gets far too serious for my liking, and all of the usual fun and enjoyment is lost... :wink: ...!

 

FS 2004 default ATC are always very nice to me, in all of my daily flights....(except they get a little bit miffed if I land on the wrong end of the runway).... :biggrin: ...!
