Try adding the panel from the other link near the top of the thread. It looks like you've got no gauge textures or something. When you get it and have installed it, use the 169.vc panel config file

I tried the panel, and it works! :) But still having problems with the zoom out though :/ And now i'm even closer to the windows then on the pics i've posted :/

Once you have zoomed out to the maximum in the virtual cockpit view, press 5 on the numpad (num-lock on) to go to default view. Then use Ctrl-enter, Ctrl-backspace, shift-enter, shift-backspace, ctrl-shift enter and ctrl-shift backspace to move the viewpoint around. Ideally you want the viewpoint to be in the center of the captains seat when looking down.

This is a great website for freeware planes with cockpits and sound packs in one complete auto install pack. They have the posky 777 (for FSX), no flickering gauges or anything. http://www.rikoooo.com/en Definitely worth checking out ;)
