I was at the presentation today in Dublin when they released the trailer and had a demo up and running. Very impressive, the visuals, the systems, and we had a sound demo (which is by Echo19). Definitely keeping and eye on this one for 2026!

Very helpful. Thanks for that Turbo! For this very reason I've never been a beta guy. But recently i was sort of forced into joining the beta in order to use a certain A350... I can't help but resent that developer just a little now 😆 I've gone and found the instruction for how to leave the beta. I'm now going to re-instal windows and have a clean start. I was sort of looking for an excuse to eventually remove FS2020 and all my clutter so here we go!

Wiped my entire installation, but my community folder is ok. I don't really know what to do now, I'm in disbelief!

We regularly get an Omni International 777 stopover here in Shannon (SNN/EINN) carrying US troops on their way to bases all over! It's a -200ER, but I'm sure you could make do until PMDG release theirs 💪🏼

Hunkered down here in Galway, IE. The forecast in 5 hours time is 175km/h in the city, and up to 219km/h heading west out. NEVER in my life have we had any sort of storm with those kinds of numbers! The highest on record was 181km/h back in 1945 🫠

I just landed here in TFN 2 hours ago, I was so excited to fly here for my first time! Such an incredibly beautiful approach it was, and weird dropping the gear for landing when we were still like 5000ft above the ocean!

Oh no! The 60 quid bill is so lousy at the end of all this drama. Can't catch a break! Question, did you know that the order had shipped? Did you have tracking information or did UPS just randomly text you that they were trying to deliver?

It's true. It has a wonderfully modelled cabin, especially the VIP version. The detail in the default 737 MAX is absolutely insane! The wheel-well is the most detailed out there, even the tires have those teeny tiny rubber spikes sticking out of them! I digress... The way I was accessing the cabin was by using the photo mode (SHIFT+V by default) and phasing through. When I click the cockpit door it shoots me outside.

141km/h (88mph) recorded here in Galway last night at 11PM. Dublin arrivals are starting to look fun already on FR24! METAR says it's gusting to 45KTS still.

We just shut down the our construction site early and went home. It's not worth the risk with this one it seems, something we're normally used to here on the Atlantic coast of Ireland! Extra FS2024 sim time for me this evening 😍 (providing no power outages)

I nearly DIED when I saw this topic title! One of my all time favourites! Considering im only 28 years old, I've done well to get around 6 flights in on Tristar's. 4 with Delta and 2 with Air Atlanta Icelandic! This is an instant buy for me Even the CS one back in FSX/P3D wasn't too bad and gave me hours of fun! That flying tail is just insane!

I remember the flight crew being more excited than the passengers! - My highlight was on a flight back from Faro to GWY on an all white Atlantic Airways RJ85. They announced we'd be making a stop it WAT along the way to let off the majority of the passengers, maybe only 15 of us remained. We had the most insane static takeoff, I remember it felt like a near vertical climb angle, some passenger started screaming 😅 Good ole Jumbolino!

Because in the beginning of my simming days, with FS2004 and then FSX, Aerosoft was one of the best! I purchased many great products from them, and I absolutely loved their Airbus series! Also I remember buying the PMDG 747 hard-copy from them. They had a great system going! I said "lately" because since FS2020 I have seen a decline in their standards. I wasn't too impressed with their CRJ and things that haven't been fixed. Then I was looking forward to their first Airbus for FS2020, the A330. Needless to say I didn't end up purchasing it due to glaring quality issues... And now my expensive FS2024 order is messed up and with no justifiable excuse or definite solution given. Extremely poor service, not the Aerosoft I used to know 😔

I don't know what's going on over at Aerosoft lately. They have a scandalous lack of organization. It's very disappointing after spending 322EUR and I won't be playing on day 1! Crazy stuff! I was glued to FR24 this morning, average of 85 minute delays at AGP! If you check right now, Madrid is battling for it's life with thunderstorms. Many flights are diverting down south to Seville and Málaga. The irony, only 12 hours ago it was the opposite.

I bought the collectors edition, but I really am not the hoarder type so I'm not sure why I did. I guess I'll use the flight bag, but I'm literally in the middle of trying to clear out my aircraft model collection before the end of the year, and here I go adding an An-225 to it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Besides that, in the poll I voted Aviators. I never bought any of the Famous Flyers, so I'm definitely getting better value out of the whole package than most people. I'm excited for the ATR and An-225, plus the Saab 340, C-17, 747's etc etc.

That blade slap sound 🤌🏼 and the thump of the combustion when the fuel is added on startup. Beautiful work man!

If that is the case, that's amazing, good for him! His standard/quality has rapidly increased in a relatively short time. And if he has all the tools he needs and funding, go get 'em! I've not heard of them, and when I went to check their YT I saw they had something like 1500 subscribers or something. Then I saw all the DCS videos. I'm delighted developers like them are stepping over to MSFS!
