You could make the FSX menu black and the menu bar black.

It is too bright when flying at night. I would preference flying in full screen but my frames drop when doing this. Any thoughts or solutions?

i had the excat same thought`s, and found my solution to be a little proggie called Windows blinds + the freeware proggie they also make called Skin Studio.

 

The bar`s and all are now black at night.

 

I dont know the rules about link`s and stuff in post`s on these fora`s so let me try this instead :

That's an eye opener thank you. My old friend google will help me get there.

 

You got to admit, if you're a vampire like me who only likes flying at night, this is a good program to install.
