I have a question..regarding image posting on threads (Not necessarily the screen shot forum). Is there a downside to AVISIM if someone posts a link to uploaded images like Flikr etc. I wouldn't think it occupies space here. I am not such a techi with web knowledge so I could be wrong.

 

Also, no matter the image, the AVISM automatically reduces the size which is really convenient and so it would not hinder access to folks with slow download speed.

 

This Q is more for my understanding. Since I never realized my posting image links (not uploading images) would be detrimental to AVSIM in any way. Sometimes contextually it helps posting image links.

Manny, we encourage third party image hosting sites to alleviate our bandwidth usage and server space. Go for it!
