"Unable to Initialise SDK"

I have today downloaded FS2 Crew software and whilst everything works OK the 'voice' button does not activate although if I click it once it does show 'on' for half a second and then vanishes.I also get the verbal message "Warning-unable to initialise SDK please contact FS2 Crew"

 

I would welcome any assistance please.
