Good Spitfire?

MAN this sounds sweet! when when when? ....pssssst, any chance of seeing patches for the previous realair planes to have those uber-smooth VC guages or is the coding too intrinsic to the whole development process?

Hi Zevious,I appreciate the inevitability of your request, but you'll understand that's a bit like asking MS to update FS2002 to FS2004 specifications in a free patch! To apply the same design features to past aircraft would involve a back to the drawing board ground up rebuild. The technology wasn't there when we designed the Scout, Decathlon and SF260. We've already given away a huge update on the Sf260 which was virtually a rebuild from scratch. There is a limit!Kind Regards,Rob Young

LOL, don't get the wrong idea Rob. :) I'd characterize my question as something like a dream/fantasy rather than a serious request. :) The thought of the SF260 with those silky smooth VC guages is just hard to resist. But I completely appreciate what you're saying. Anyway, can't wait for the Spitfire. ;)

>Anyway, can't wait for the Spitfire. ;)>Agreed! This is going to be the best Spitfire ever produced for FS, I can feel it!Any aircraft that has flight dynamics by Rob Young gets my money from the moment it's released. I've already seen the shots of Sean's aircraft model and thats the icing on the cake! I can't wait to see the video that Bill Womack is going to produce!Be patient folks, this one is going to be worth waiting for!CheersTim
