I just purchased and installed ASE. I'm very happy with the weather depiction, but there is one thing really bothering me.

After the initial weather update when I start a flight, every minute or so a message would appear along the top saying something like "ASE weather updated for 145 stations". In about a minute, it would appear again only with a different number of stations. I'm getting this every minute or two.

 

Is this normal? It's very annoying. Is there a way to remove this constant message?

 

I have AS2012 and it doesn't do this.

I think you can find that under "Wx Options\General Options then uncheck "Show In Sim Text Messages"
