standby-horizon doesn't move

How can this issue be eliminated?

Have you uncaged it? Try clicking that round gray knob near the stand-by attiutude indicator.

Well I clicked that gray knob, but it did'nt change anything. I am using the B738 of SAS where the stand-by ADI does not function.

Do you have the sp1c version installed? It is an old issue related to the change from the digital to analog stby instruments. Probably was also present when changing aircraft liveries. But that was already fixed.

Hi davierosoft, yes I installed the sp1c update and the liveries anew, but the problem persists. Any more ideas?

Maybe you're using an old panel state?

Well, I don't know what you mean by "old panel state". But when I switched from analog to digital standby-ADI, the problem was solved. The digital ADI is working correctly.

When you save a flight the NGX will create a file with all the actual panel situation (switch position, options and so on).

These files changed from the original release of over an year ago to what the NGX is now. If you have a flight saved (with its panel state) with an old panel state it is probable that it is not compatible with the latest service update.

However, it should give you more than this problem. This problem was caused if selecting the analog instruments, but, if already selected (and the flight begins with them already present) they must work.

No problems with the digital ones.
