Sometimes I have a problem with the NGX where the engines don't spin. They are fully functioning, but they don't spin, they just stay static from the exterior view. When starting up, you can see the smoke puff out of the back when they start up, but the fans don't spin. Also when this happens I've noticed the centre piece from the engine (don't know what they're called!) can't be seen, it's just like a white circle where they should be.

 

Anyone else get this? I will try and post a screenie next time it happens!

It is a known problem when loading a different livery. Just end the flight and start it again.

PS:

the engine fan spins, but what you see is the back of the fan, the fan is completely missing and probably you have also the anticollision light always on.

Restart fsx

It is sufficient to restart the flight.
