In the past I have always used the DXTBMP program to convert textures. Recently, I upgraded my system to Windows 7 (64 bit) and it appears that DXTBMP is not compatible with the 64 bit version of Windows. Is there another program I can use to convert textures?

I use DXTBMP all the time under both WIN 7 x86 and x64.

 

Do you see an error message?

 

Make sure you download a fresh install of the Required System DLL Files and reinstall DXTBMP

DXTBMP works perfect under Win 7 64 bit, AND WIN 8 64bit as well

Ramon is right, don`t forget the DLL files
