I'm still on Ezdok. Boston's cool too, hung around Harvard and played chess for a while back in the day. C Chris Strobel KSNA
December 26, 201213 yr Hi Chris: I stopped using ezdok as Opus is just as good have to get up and running due to a new rebuild what a long process it is lol, I'll trade OC for Boston any day pal. oh as for camera functioning without setting up the different views yet start opus up first then you pick the aircraft you want to use it with then load the aircraft and fly then in the drop down menu in fsx far top right make sure you click enable head movement and auto head movement if you wish. Regards, Rich Rich Sennett
December 26, 201213 yr Author Thanks for the tips Rich :good: , gotta try the Opus view system I know, old dog new tricks complex I gotta overcome :sorry: Never been to Boston in winter, only spring, I know it gets cold there. Maybe someday fate will bring you back to So.Cal  Chris Strobel KSNA
December 26, 201213 yr Yes Chris warm weather would be very nice buddy if you have a problem with setting up the views let me know I can try to get you through it just had to re-learn it just setup ngx views let me know buddy fyi you have to load your ngx then put fsx into windowed mode to use this utility - pick ngx in the (assign aircraft types) then you can pick (select your camera view) a generic view such as the pilot seat then in the second little box under call out (button/key cmds) click in it it will turn red push a key you want to use I used keys 1 thru 9 to setup different views as fsx does not use these numbers which easy on us, so in short use the different pre determined views in the (select your camera view) as starting points to get where you want to go - use the big arrows to move the view around takes some getting use to but you will get it. Remember to (save all camera views) bottom right after each view is to your liking need screenshots let me know. Regards Rich Sennett
December 28, 201213 yr Commercial Member Just one other piece of advice, before disabling EZCA to test Live Camera in Opus, the EZCA configuration utility must be run and the "Restore" function selected to restore all camera views to FSX default, otherwise EZCA camera definitions are not removed from the aircraft config files. Cheers Cheryl
