Not sure I follow.

 

Do you mean replacing the native ATC controller voices.

 

Answer: You cannot.

 

However using a free utility called "EditVoicepack", you will be able to speedup the ATC chatter as well as have the controllers speak your favorite airline name.

Well, that's not strictly true. If you have gobs of time and patience, you can download the FS2004 ATC SDK and record all ~686 unique "words and phrase snippets" that make up a single voicepack's .wav files, then spend more gobs of $$'s for the software required to add the appropriate start/stop/trigger flags to each of the ~686 unique .wav files...

 

...then spend the 30 or so minutes to compile the new voicepack...

 

...then spend countless hours testing every possible instance for "errors."

 

That my friend is the reason why few folks have ever bothered to "create new ATC voices!"
