Are there any license files?

Featured Replies

Hi!

I have a problem, that may sound a little strange:

I am a long time user of Active Sky. The first verison I bought, was AS 6.5. I bought that at simmarket.

Later on I bought Active Sky Advanced and that has been upgraded to Active Sky Evolution ~2 years ago.

To be absolutely honest, I can not remember where I bought ASA and ASE, I thought I bought them at simmarket as well, but in my order history I couldn´t find anything.

Has there been a possibility to buy at HiFi sim directly back then?

Since I run AS on my networked laptop, is there any kind of license file installed along with the program itself?

I ask that question, because I´d like to give AS 2012 with its latest patches a try, but I´d like to avoid to pay the full price, since I am a legal user and owner of 3 AS products.

To be clear, I always bought my software legally, but this seems a little weired.

Thanks ind advance for your help!

Michael

Hello Michael,

HiFi Sim certainly did have their own shop, HiFi Software Marketplace.

I would raise a support ticket via the HiFi website.

Thank you for the fast answer!

That sounds like a good idea. Glad to read that there has been a HiFi Sim Marketplace, that´s most probably the shop where I bought it then. ;-)

go to the hifi website. As2012 is on sale for prior users - you will have to prove prior ownership - order number, registration number, etc.
