AFAIK all CS 'expansions' are visual only anyway (or minor instrument changes), so even if there is a RR Trent 800 option, it'd just be eye candy, and you'd still be flying a GE90 according to the flight model anyway.

 

You could probably get closer to flying a RR 777 by copying the .cfg and setting thrust_scalar to 0.98
