I just started using the MadDog Voice Commander and think it's great. I am wondering if the check list names, challenge, and responses can be modified by the user? I would be a fantastic training tool if I could customize it to my company procedures and SOPs.

Not possible. It's hard-coded.

 

If your company wants a custom version for training, it could be done, but it would be very expensive.
