I have never had a issue starting in the cold and dark state switching on the bat then starting APU, ground power shouldn't be required as long as the batteries have enough charge.

Hehe Solved this. Just did a maintenance and seems to have solved the issue. Just completed an amazing flight in KLM livery from Aerosoft Schipol to FSDreamteam's Zurich and she performed flawlessly. Looking forward to seeing what I can do with this bird, i.e failures etc. Now I just need to find some decent textures to replace the crappy fsx default textures for Europe and the states. Already got some megascenery. Lax looks amazing with megascenery installed. When I can afford to gonna get some Orbx stuff too.
