  1. Example flight of a 737-800 is EGCC to LIRN. Recently flew Jet 2 in this plane on this route.
  2. Not really much different, just the size really but still well worth the purchase. Regards Jason
  3. Hi I am considering upgrading to windows 10. Can anyone confirm whether RC 4 works with Windows 10 and whether rv4 works with windows 10 and TH Steam edition of fsx? Many Thanks Jason
  4. Hi Please can you send me my registration request regards Jason Shephard I can send prrof of purchase if needed.
  5. Hi Guys thanks for both your quick responses. After various searches on the internet I actually managed to resolve this by installing simconnect as stated in Jeff20 post. Runs beautifully. I haven't played my flight sim in over 12 months and realised just what a steep learning curve these aircraft actually have. Took me nearly one hour 30 mins just to get the bird in the air lols. Once again thanks both of you for your replies. Regards Jason Shephard
  6. Hi First of all please forgive me if I have missed anything obvious on the forums with regards to the issues I am experiencing with both the 737NG and the 777. I redownloaded all the installers after login into my account at precisionmanuals.com. I have installed them both into FSX which I am running through the Steam Edition of FSX. I have checked both planes and so far are unable to do anything with them. The panels do not work in both planes even to the point that some of the switches are even missing. Also the engines are not displaying correctly. Also on the 777 the landing gear does not even show up. I am using newly downloaded installers from your main website which is suppose to support the steam edition of fsx yet neither aircraft are fuctional. Any ideas how to fix this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Regards Jason
  7. Yeah that's what I thought. So I'm gonna report this issue to HiFisim.com as it's not the first flight where I have had this issue.
  8. No mate don't use FSInn. Just doing another test flight from LEMD - EGGP 737NGX 700. Maybe to do with Activesky 2012 after all atm I'm climbing through FL290 and the aircraft is holding the correct climb speed nicely, lets see what happens through to cruise fl 360. OAT is currently -18c at fl 300. I'm beginning to think that due to the last flight where the outside temp was showing +38c was what was causing the plane to struggle to climb and hold it's airspeed. Time to check with Hifisim see if there are any issues reported atm. If i can find how to obtain my forum details that is. Okay here's an update. Currently in Spanish Airspace FL360 outside temp is -21c and cruising nicely at mach 0.79. So no problems. Gonna report this to hifi sim and see what they say.
  9. Okay this it seems is not due to the PMDG 777, by what I can tell it's do do with FSX. I have the same problem with the PDMG 737MGX. I decided to close down Activesky 2012 to see if that made a difference and it didn't. I changed the weather settings to weather themes, clear skies yet it clears it for like 5 secs then reverts back to user defined settings, which i check it's shows no winds but in the sim it showing a wind of 003/17. How can there be wind when the wind setting is clear in the menus. I used FSUIPC to clear the settings and again I get this weather bug, the outside temperature revers to +38 degress and even in a light load and light fule the aircraft is struggling to climb above 30000ft for it's optimum altitude of 370. Any ideas what is causing this as I have no other programs running except FSX. Okay so I just closed FSX down restarted it with a default flight and the weather is off. So maybe it has to do with Activesky. Hmm this is wierd. Looks like i'm gonna have to investigate a bit further.
  10. Unfortunately I can't post a pic of either as I have now finished the flight. I was using Activesky 2012 as my weather addon. The purple marked showed that the speed should have been -.84 but stayed steady at around 222 kts. If this happens again I'll let you know.
  11. I don't know if this is a known bug on a couple of flights I have had I am unable to maintain the cruise speed at FL390. Target cruise is set to Mach 0.84 but the airspeed drops to around 222 knts. The only way I can maintain the correct mach speed is to stay in CLB mode not cruise. I know my weights and fuel are fine im using Topcat along with PFPX, my wieght on this particular flight was a ZFW of around 177.246kg with 29, 385kg of fuel so I was not over weight and the cargo was balanced correctly. My cruise N1 was 88% and it won't hold mach 0.84 yet the clb n1 is 101.3% and will hold the airspeed. Anyone have any ideas on this? Regards Jason
  12. Hey Folks Just returned to my flight sim after 12 month break. Decided to dive head 1st and purchased the PMDG 777. Wow what a aircraft. My 1st flight was of course the tutorial flight. She ran flawelessly on my rig running max settings with ai set to around 70%. Ran smooth as a baby's bum lols. The touch down was absolutely perfect floated down to the runway just like a feather floating to the ground. Great job on this aircraft guys, look forward to many amazing flights with this bird and with your PMDG NGX series. Thanks Guys for making my evening so enjoyable. Regards Jason
  13. Okay now it has been nearly 24hrs since I purchased radar contact from your site, I have sent the relevant email requesting an activation key and still nothing.
  14. Hi Just a heads up I have sent a request for a activation key for my new purchase or Radar Contact bought online yesterday. Email was sent yesterday but no reply yet. Email was sent in required format. I understand this is probably due to Easter weekend. Many Thanks Jason Shephard
  15. So Glad I bought my new rig. Have flown the NGX on both the tutorials and fell in love with her. Also went ahead and bought both the button version and voice version of FScrew. My next purchase has got to be AOA's NGX videos. Was a bit unsure of how FSX would run on this new rig, runnning max graphics, AS 2012, and loads of addon scenerys FSX performs amazingly well above my expectations. Looking forward to the 777. Regards Jason
