I am considering upgrading to windows 10.  Can anyone confirm whether RC 4 works with Windows 10 and whether rv4 works with windows 10 and TH Steam edition of fsx?

Running RC4 with FSX Steam Windows 10, no issues. Assume you already have  msstdfmt.dll.
