After testing the Just Flight DC-6B Demo, there are three issues that irritate me.....

 

1. The "phase shifting" of the engine sounds when banking, or switching between views.

2. The total lack of touchdown and rollout sound effects.

3. No feeling of "weight" on touchdown. It feels like a butterfly landing, not a large four engined plane.

 

Is the full version any different? I rather like the plane itself (3D model/VC/flight dynamics etc), but these three issues are stopping me from purchasing it (particularly items 2 and 3).

I too have been thinking about the DC-6B. It is such a pretty plane and reminiscent of a time gone by.
