DX10 and MyTraffix X 5.4b

Featured Replies

Hi All;

I recently re installed FSX and setting up for DX10. After following the steps outlined in the getting started document, I fired up FSX and MTX was not providing any airline traffic for the NYC area. There WAS GA traffic up and about however.

My question is: Has anyone experienced no airline traffic in DX10? If so how did you cure it?

I'm not sure if this is a DX10 issue or a MTX Pro issue, so I'm posting here first.

PS

I DO have airline traffic set to 20%

I DO have Addon Convertor X running

Do a search for fs9 addon aircraft bgls, Cory. MTX has an app in Communicator for that purpose.

Also check that your MTX entry is in the fsx.cfg:-

[Main]

User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter

SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes

SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft

SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\GroundVehicles

SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\Boats

SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Animals

SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc

SimObjectPaths.6=MyTraffic\Aircraft

This has been an issue for me from time to time, when creating a new config, and forgetting to add MTX to it.
