Trying to install the FSX version and I get this

What the heck is reason #2?

My trouble is the same. I could install 3 month ago. But suddenly I cannot install from today. I download the newest version (v1.1) but cannot. Now I've never found any solution..

They have a limit of 5 installations. Maybe you have hit it. Contact support.

I'm having this exact same problem. Fresh new installation, just bought it two days ago and still can't install.

 

I tried their support, but they sent a default reply with useless information copy/pasted from their FAQs.

 

Are they on vacation or something?

I had the exact (fs9) same problem upon purchasing yesterday. I logged a support request and heard back a few hours ago. It was a problem on Wilco's end and has been rectified now. Installed with no problems just now.

i did the installation two days ago, i too had the same error which got resolved on monday.

 

however i have a new problem, the engine ignition switch in the pedestal wont turn to ignition position. just to be clear i am not talking of the starter switch, but the ignition switch just below it, when i click on it with the mouseit does not gurn to ignition.

 

i am only able to start it with the ctrl-e when all engine start

 

i have airbus evo 2 , on fsx sp2 with win 7 64 bit...

 

any help appreciated.
