when raining in DX10, I get a dry circle around my aircraft

 

 

Any fix?

I also experience the rain coverage issue, but am not bothered by it to the point where I desperately want to try any fixes.

 

There seems to be, however, two fix options described in this document linked in one of the pinned DX10 topics.

reading that part now, missed it before...

I put the second fix on in the document, it works well
