January 7, 201313 yr Hi, After successfully making the transition to DX10 i did a flight in which the airport had light snow. The snow looked very bright and seemed to make a radius on the ground just outside the cockpit when i was looking out. My question is, is the snow supposed to be so bright and white? Because it looks way different than snow in DX9. Im not at home right now so i cant provide a screenshot. As soon as im able to i will so you know what i mean better. Thank you!!! Alejandro.
January 7, 201313 yr Not normal but I have been in areas where snow is so white I'm literally blinded when I go inside. Turn off light bloom and see if that works. January 7, 201313 yr Alejandro - go and look in the "How-To" doc at the top of the forum - under the "Rain" section. This phenomenon is well documented and quite fixable. i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
