I am looking to install EFB on to a lap top and run it along side FSX in order to have visible moving map etc.and also possibly to transfer over FS Build.

 

I have a PC with a DVI - D connection but my lap top has a VGA connection.

 

Can anyone tell me how to link up the 2 computers and what I need to do so.

Hi Michael

 

You don't need to "Link them together" physically, just so long as they are both on the same network, it will work perfectly.

I also run Aivlasofts EFB on my laptop, and so long as you read and follow the manual, it will be fine.

 

The VGA and DVI sockets are *ONLY* for external screens/projectors anyway, cant be used to link computers together.
